Exceptional Hardship Success in Motoring Offence Case for Jeffrey Lewis & LNL
Jeffrey Lewis acted for a businessman who faced losing his driving licence. However, after collating a substantial amount of up to date and detailed medical evidence, he was able to successfully argue before a particularly tough tribunal at a London Magistrates' Court, that our client would suffer exceptional hardship if he was disqualified from driving.
